Shipping policy

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.                                 

An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the billing information section.

Orders ship via UPS ground (no express shipping option available at this time) 

*Orders shipped to a P.O. Box or any address not recognized by UPS will be shipped via USPS.

PYE Productions cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once the order is in the carrier's possession. Please follow the tracking provided to monitor the shipment.
